Fleet & Compliance Leader - Safety, Efficiency & Transformation

Worcester City Council is seeking an experienced Fleet and Compliance Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our fleet, depot and technical services. You will ensure the vehicle fleet is safe, reliable, cost-effective and operated in full compliance with the Operator's Licence and transport legislation.

You will lead health and safety, oversee depots, manage budgets and drive service improvements, transformation and environmental initiatives across City Services.
