Flagship Store Manager - Luxury Bridal

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flagship Store Manager for a prestigious global bridal fashion boutique in Mayfair, London. In this role, you will lead daily operations, oversee a dedicated team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You'll also manage inventory, create sales strategies, and mentor staff to exceed business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Drive sales, performance, and profitability.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Monitor store performance and manage expenses.

Requirements:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
