Flagship Store Assistant Manager - Lead & Elevate Your Team

Maje is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Flagship concession in Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, Dublin. You will support the Store Manager with commercial and operational management, supervise a team, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You will help animate the store, ensure VM guidelines are followed, and contribute to the brand's ambitious projects while pursuing opportunities for career development within Maje and the SMCP Group.
