Flagship Peak District Hostel Manager - Lead Experience

Youth Hostels Association (England & Wales) is seeking a Hostel Manager for YHA Ilam Hall, Ilam, Ashbourne, in the Peak District. The role oversees a flagship property, leads a multi-department team, and drives income while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff and volunteers, and coordinate housekeeping, reception, and food & beverage duties to deliver outstanding stays for schools, families and independent travellers.
