This flagship location will act as a brand showcase and community hub, hosting events, services, and educational moments designed to immerse customers in the brand's philosophy. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial success while building a team culture rooted in positivity, energy, and exceptional customer care.

• Lead the overall performance of the flagship store, delivering against sales targets, KPIs, and operational objectives.

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture centred on wellbeing, collaboration, and exceptional service.

• Drive a client-first retail environment, ensuring every customer journey feels immersive, personalised, and aligned with the brand's ethos.

• Act as the brand ambassador for the location, representing the business both in-store and within the local community.

• Oversee store operations including rota planning, stock management, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.

• Use commercial insights and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and continuously improve store performance.

• Lead and host community-driven events, workshops, and brand activations designed to strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness.

• Ensure all team members demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's wellbeing philosophy.

• Collaborate closely with Head Office teams including retail, training, and marketing to deliver a consistent and elevated brand experience.

• Maintain exceptional visual and merchandising standards that reflect a premium, lifestyle-led retail environment.

• Proven experience managing a premium or luxury retail store, ideally within lifestyle, wellbeing, beauty, or hospitality-led environments.

• Strong leadership capability with a passion for team development, coaching, and building positive cultures.

• Commercially aware with experience driving sales performance and delivering results against key retail metrics.

• A natural host who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences and building long-term relationships with clients.

• Experience delivering events, brand activations, or community engagement initiatives within a retail environment is highly advantageous.

• Excellent organisational and operational skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day store leadership.
