Fixed Term Nanny Mothers Help - Winchester (SO22)

We are searching for a dedicated nanny mothers help to support the mother and care for a 10 month old son in Winchester. The role is a shared care, live out position available from Monday 13th July 2026 to Monday 24th August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the child's safety, happiness and well being during the working day.
• Plan and deliver age appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones.
• Support the mother with nursing and feeding duties for the child.
• Perform light housekeeping duties: laundry, light cleaning, keeping children's areas tidy.
• Walk the family's small dog and participate in outdoor outings and local classes.
• Maintain clear communication with the mother and act in sole charge when necessary.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional childcare experience with young children.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to use personal vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (up to date, registered on the update service).
• 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• At least two professional referees, including a current or previous employer.

Additional Requirements

• Proactive and positive working style, capable of working closely with the mother and independently.
• Comfortable with household tasks and pet care.
• Availability for Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: Up to £20 gross per hour (up to £800 gross per week).
• Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Location: Winchester, Hampshire (SO22).
