We will work togetherCDD First job - Client Manager - ConnectionWe will work togetherAs a Client Manager - Connection - First job, you will contribute to the FTTH fiber optic connections and the networks for the Acquisition, Counting, and Telecoms (ACT) activity, the Telecom X unit with the mission of ensuring the physical construction of the Telecom X network and its maintenance to meet the connectivity needs of our internal and external clients with a strong commitment of energy towards a sustainable Geneva.Your main missions will be as follows:- Carry out tasks for FTTH client connections;- Write work procedures;- Manage technical aspects with our clients in the context of their activities;- Manage technical aspects with various external and internal stakeholders in the context of their activities (agencies, suppliers, partners, etc.);- Process client connection requests in various tools;- Control the quality of connections to the FTTH fiber network and Telecom sites;- Conduct field services for a personalized experience.Your skills:- Curious, problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills;- Excellent kindness and team spirit;- Rigorous and sense of responsibility;- Understanding of business processes, knowledge of fiber optic networks;- Comfortable with office tools;- Good command of English (B1).Your background:This position requires a CFC Electrician / with a focus on client contact and problem-solving in a team setting, regularly welcoming young graduates to offer them their first professional experience in a determined one-year period.
