Fixed-Term Bookseller: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

WHSmith at The Harrods Bookshop is seeking a Fixed Term Bookseller (30hrs) to deliver exceptional customer service, work independently or with a team, and uphold our store standards. You will greet customers, recommend books, restock and tidy displays, maintain high visual standards, and support colleagues.

You'll also contribute to KPI goals, including encouraging Harrods Rewards sign-ups, while enjoying pension, annual leave, uniform allowance and staff discounts.
