We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a growing E-Trading program in the US, working closely with Front Office teams, Product Owners, and global technology groups. The role will support the expansion of a new trading platform and contribute to ongoing enhancements in automation, efficiency, and trading performance. The successful candidate will help translate complex business needs into actionable requirements within an Agile delivery environment.

• Serve as the bridge between Front Office trading desks (Fixed Income market makers) and global technology teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements directly from traders and trading support teams.

• Translate trading needs - including pricing, order book configuration, quoting logic, and automation workflows - into Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the Agile roadmap, breaking down initiatives into incremental deliverables.

• Participate in user story refinement sessions and sprint planning to support developers' understanding of business intent.

• Ensure requirements are well-defined and testable for remote QA and development teams.

• Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Gather and relay feedback from traders to continuously improve product usability and performance.

• Contribute to the rollout of the new in-house e-trading platform across the US market.

• Support key strategic goals around automation efficiency and RFQ optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income markets, particularly in market making and electronic trading workflows.

• Hands-on experience working in a Front Office trading environment (ideally seated with traders or sales desks).

• Proven ability to translate complex trading requirements into clear Agile user stories.

• Deep understanding of RFQ-based trading, pricing mechanisms, and auto-quoting logic.

• Solid experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to engage confidently with senior traders and technologists.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading floor environment.

• Prior experience with Fixed Income e-trading platforms and trading venues such as Tradeweb, MarketAxess, or similar.

• Experience collaborating with global and offshore delivery teams.

• Understanding of pricing models, order management, and quote automation.

• Confident, articulate communicator who can hold their own with Front Office stakeholders.

• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Pragmatic and delivery-focused - able to translate vision into actionable steps.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
