Fitness Instructor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team at Oundle School's Sports Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about health, wellbeing, and delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment, supervising users, and supporting pupils, members, and visitors in achieving their fitness goals. You will deliver inductions, personalised programmes, and group sessions, while actively motivating gym users and promoting services.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to customer care, and a commitment to safeguarding and health & safety standards. You will also support sales targets, handle enquiries, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

The role will include working a mixture of mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
