Fitness Club Manager Lead Team & Member Experience

The Vale Resort is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the leisure and fitness facility, ensuring high standards across gym, fitness, leisure and guest service while supporting the management team in achieving financial targets. The role requires experience in leisure or hospitality, staff supervision, customer service excellence, and a strong focus on safety and operations.

This is a full-time position at The Vale Resort in Wales, with occasional evenings and weekends
