Fitness & Facility Duty Manager

Badminton England is seeking a Duty Manager/Fitness Instructor for the National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes. The role combines centre operations with high-quality fitness service delivery, including inductions and member support, across early mornings, evenings and weekends.

You will be customer-focused, proactive and able to work independently or with the team. The position requires flexible shifts and a commitment to safe, welcoming facilities for athletes, members and hotel guests.
