Projects: Retail Fit-Out Role: Fit Out Contracts Manager Location: Newry, travel across Ireland required Vickerstock are working with a Main Contractor based in Newry to recruit a Contracts Manager

A Main Contractor based in Newry with work across Ireland and NI. Projects span Residential & Commercial construction as well as Fit-Out. Fit-Out is a growing focus for them, therefore we are adding a specialist Contracts Manager to this team

Your new role as Contracts Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of live fit-out projects across Ireland and NI
• Management of project programmes, ensuring milestones are met
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• Management of cashflow on projects
• Identify and mitigate commercial & operational risks
• Assist with tender processes
• Create a strong culture of Health & Safety across your portfolio
• Create and strengthen strong relationships with clients, consultants, & subcontractors
• Lead and mentor site teams across various projects

What you'll need to be successful:

• 5+ years experience managing fit-out projects
• Degree-qualified or working experience within a related industry
• CSCS/CSR Card
• Safe Pass
• Full driving licence
• Ability to travel to visit sites across Ireland & NI
• Full Right to Work in both Ireland and the UK
