- Confident analysing data, identifying trends and communicating findings to operational teams
- Comfortable working across marine sites in all weather, with a hands on approach to sampling and husbandry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to advise, challenge and support site teams when needed
- Work with a company recognised for its high welfare, low density farming model
- Be part of a small, specialist fish health team with real influence on stock outcomes
- Opportunities to contribute to research projects, trials and continuous improvement
- A role that blends scientific rigour with hands on fieldwork in one of Scotland's most beautiful coastal regions
This role includes occasional weekend or out of hours work as required by the Fish Health Manager. Travel to Uist may be required on occasion.
