First Team Scout - Video Analysis & Talent Identification

Swansea City AFC is seeking a First Team Scout to assess players identified through internal scouting and provide clear recommendations to strengthen the First Team squad. The role focuses on video-based scouting and occasional live assessments, with travel as needed.

Proficiency with digital scouting platforms and data systems is required. You will identify targets via video and live observations, compile reports, and present findings to coaching staff and stakeholders in a timely, professional
