The Role

You'll respond to a wide range of incidents - fires, road traffic collisions, rescues, and community support. It's a hands on role where decisions matter, standards are high, and you're expected to perform as part of a disciplined team.

Training & Development

• 12 week initial training programme
• Level 3 Operational Firefighter Apprenticeship (24-30 months)

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Based within the West Midlands area
• Physically fit (fitness assessments required)
• Able to swim 25 m
• Full UK driving licence
• Pass medical and background checks
