What you will do

The successful candidate will carry out the installation of Mechanical Fire Suppression Systems for our diverse range of customers in commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue chip environments. This role is based in the Northwest of England and will be working for Nu form Fire (part of Johnson Controls). You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering high quality installations, and a proactive approach to health and safety while exceeding customer expectations.

How you will do it
  • Install systems using your knowledge of mechanical fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, valves, and related components
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing professional service, solving problems, and identifying potential opportunities for future work
  • Complete site documentation and reports accurately
  • Contribute to a Zero Harm culture by maintaining a safe and secure workplace and actively promoting safe working practices
  • Be punctual, flexible, and willing to work additional hours when to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
What we look for Required:
  • Proven experience in the installation of mechanical fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, valves, and associated components
  • Relevant industry experience within the sprinkler sector
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
  • Capability to complete site documentation and reports accurately
  • Full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay away overnight when required
  • Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Technical understanding of fire legislation and industry standards
