Fire & Security Engineer - Service / Repairs / Small Works
Location: Covering Kilmarnock to Glasgow
Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme
Call-Out Rota: Only 1 in every 7-8 weeks (£450 standby + enhanced call-out pay)
Hours: Early Friday finishes + strong scheduling support

Role Overview:

• Carrying out service, repairs, and small works on both fire and security systems
• Working across a defined local patch (no long-haul travel past Glasgow to Kilmarnock)
• Delivering a mix of planned and reactive maintenance
• Representing the company with professionalism and technical excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV or access control
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Reliable, professional and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence
