Location: Field-based in the Midlands - customer sites across region

As a Systems Service Engineer, you'll be at the frontline of life-safety, ensuring critical fire and emergency systems perform exactly when needed. Every job you complete has a purpose: keeping people safe and giving them peace of mind.

Your MissionWorking independently and as part of a supportive team, you will:
- Carry out planned service and maintenance on fire alarms, emergency lighting, nurse call & related life-safety systems
- Respond to emergency call-outs and non-routine service visits
- Identify faults and deliver smart, safe and compliant solutions
- Maintain clear communication with our Service Delivery Team and customers
- Ensure all paperwork, reporting and certification is completed accurately and on time
- Manage your own equipment, stock levels and vehicle
- Support colleagues and offer technical guidance when needed
- Participate in the on-call rota to keep customers protected 24/7
- Work to BS5839:1 and other relevant British Standards
- No two sites or days are the same - meaning there's always something new to learn and achieve.

- Experienced in maintaining life-safety or similar systems
- Skilled in fire alarm diagnostics and repair
- Calm, reliable and confident working alone or with others
- Professional, customer-focused and a strong communicator
- Organised, accurate and committed to high standards
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and safely
- Appropriate industry qualifications are expected, and additional training will be provided.
