Fintech Country Lead - Ireland (Regulatory Entity Build)

Harrington Starr seeks a Senior Sales / Country Manager to establish Ireland's first regulated entity for a fast-scaling fintech in payments and open banking. Based in Ireland, you will lead EMI/PI licensing and report to the board with regulator-facing responsibilities.

You will build local operations from the ground up, including sales, governance, premises, and client relationships, delivering board-level visibility and strategic autonomy as the market entry leader.
