This role is based on a high-profile, large-scale technology campus development in Cork. The project involves state-of-the-art facilities with a strong focus on precision, quality finishes, and strict adherence to programme deadlines. It represents one of the most significant construction investments in the region, offering long-term stability and exposure to industry-leading construction standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the site team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finishing works, ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved while maintaining programme timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and within deadlines
  • Manage snagging and de-snagging processes efficiently
  • Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Monitor health & safety compliance across finishing works
  • Maintain detailed records of progress and quality checks
  • Drive productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Assist with project handover and client inspections
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Relevant construction qualifications (preferred)
