Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a residential developer, in assisting them with looking for a Finishing Manager for their residential scheme based in South West London.

You will be responsible for managing apartment units from 2nd fix stage through to handover, responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, tracking plots, driving the programme and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have experience working on residential new build schemes, have an eye for detail and able to work under pressure towards handover dates.

July start and the contract is a 6 month contract. Must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and payments made via CIS.
