Finishing Manager - Northern Home Counties - £30k / £40k pa - dependent on experience.

Our Client is a successful and growing Print Company involved in Packaging. This role is based in Essex and the successful Finishing Manager will report to the Production Manager and have 12 direct reports working a double day shift pattern.

The Finishing Manager will manage the finishing department to ensure optimum performance, quality and customer service within company guidelines of health and safety, quality, waste and efficiency.

• Experience as Print and/or Printed Packaging Finishing Manager
• Understanding of Lean and Process Improvement tools
• Aptitude within Finance, IT/Systems, Problem Solving
• Disposition: hard working, proactive, persistent, thorough
• Full / clean driving licence
