Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large scale Pharma project in Waterford. The ideal Finishing Foreman will have worked on Pharma projects previously. This is an excellent role with a top company who are winning more and more large projects in the region.

Requirements

• Over five years of managerial experience in finishing operations
• Proven background on pharmaceutical projects
• Capable of guiding and supervising large teams
• Demonstrated expertise in managing live operational environments
• Strong aptitude for critical analysis and effective problem resolution

Role

• Direct the finishing team effectively
• Collaborate with the wider team, including the quantity surveyor, to manage the project budget
• Develop comprehensive project, programme, and risk management plans
• Ensure seamless communication across site teams, key stakeholders, and partners
• Oversee both direct and indirect site teams to maintain programme adherence
• Supervise subcontractors
• Present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions

Salary

• Basic salary circa €70k - €75k
