Finisher - West Midlands - £Depending On Experience

Due to investment and company growth, a highly innovative print and mailing company is looking for an experienced Print Finisher. Candidates must have experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers.

• Work to strict quality procedures
• Understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators
• Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
• Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
• Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department

Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing

Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.

Candidates applying for this role must have strong communication skills - an ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements within the production team to maximum machine efficiency. You must also show great attention to detail - complete work without the need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards.
