Fine Dining: Sous Chef & Chef de Partie

Thirteen is a fine dining restaurant in Parkstone, Poole, Dorset. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in assisting the Head Chef with kitchen operations, overseeing food production, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes.

These full-time positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts, leadership skills, and a strong background in hospitality. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and cooking, with the ability to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring a bartender to join our small front of house team. You must have basic cocktail training & be familiar with making barista-style coffee. The successful candidate will have experience in working in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant, and understand the importance of customer service. This is a part-time position.
