Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Findur Senior Business Analyst (m/f/n) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Basel, Switzerland.

Start: 01.09.25/End date: 31.03.26 - likely extension

Workload: 100%

Team: Part of the Findur team, working with Findur Developers, Product Manager etc., working with various departments.

Must haves:

  • At least five years' business analyst experience supporting business applications in a banking environment - including experience planning and running workshops and meetings independently. Producing materials in support of requirements gathering.
  • In depth knowledge of Openlink- including its core modules such as trade capture, risk analysis, settlement, and reporting. Understand how integrates with other systems (eg, accounting, risk management, and market data platforms). Good understanding of how the system functions.
  • Ability to analyse business needs, challenge and distil into accurate and concise requirements documentation. Expertise in creating high-quality requirements documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories, is critical.
  • A proven track record of participating in large, business-critical projects that delivered satisfaction to stakeholders. Participated in end-to-end project life cycles, from initiation and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Be familiar with full trade transaction life cycle, with a focus on Business Continuity Plan.

  • Excellent presentation and written English skills. Communicates effectively with stakeholders.
  • Good problem solving and root cause analysis approach
  • Ability to take the initiative and organize own work; flexibility; service orientation; ability to perform under pressure against tight deadlines.
  • An open mind: someone who will enjoy the exposure to different experts and areas both within and outside the organization, and continually improve, learn and adapt with the team context
