We're looking for a highly analytical and visionary Financial Manager to take full ownership of our company's financial health. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-scaling fashion brand, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and alignment with our long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Advise founder and leadership team with sharp, data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes with discipline and vision.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

• Ensure healthy cash flow and liquidity across all entities and business units.
• Optimize working capital and maintain oversight of receivables, payables, and treasury functions.

Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the business without compromising quality or growth.
• Challenge inefficiencies and bring lean, scalable processes into financial operations.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Work with external advisors, accountants, and auditors to manage risk and financial integrity.
• Oversee insurance, legal, and tax matters from a finance perspective.

Team & Systems Development

• Build and manage a lean but powerful finance team, aligned with the brand's scale and ambitions.
• Implement modern finance tools, systems, and processes to support future growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, retail, and sales.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations

• Support in investor communications, due diligence processes, and capital raising where needed.
• Prepare and present high-level reports for board meetings and financial partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Track record of driving financial performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, cash flow, P&L management, and cost control.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP and financial tools (e.g. Exact, AFAS, NetSuite, or similar).
• Fluent in English (Dutch, French or other languages are a plus).
