Financial Services Tax Partner Opportunity - London
Posted 5 hours 39 minutes ago by Creative Tax Recruitment
A growing Financial Services Tax practice in London is looking to appoint a Partner as part of its next phase of expansion.
This is a growth-led hire rather than a replacement. The firm is investing in its Financial Services capability, particularly across banking and alternative finance, including fintech and crypto. The team advises a broad mix of financial institutions and emerging market participants and is continuing to build a strong FS tax platform in the London market.
The opportunity is likely to appeal to a Big 4 Financial Services Tax Director who has strong technical credibility and is beginning to consider the step to Partner. For many Directors, the challenge within larger firms is not capability but visibility, influence and the ability to shape a practice.
At its current size, the team offers direct access to decision-makers and meaningful involvement in client strategy. You will play a key role in developing the Financial Services offering and helping shape its direction over the coming years.
Culturally, the environment is open, collegiate and genuinely collaborative. The practice is large enough to be credible in the market, yet small enough that collaboration is essential, and business development is shared rather than territorial.
