We are working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Financial Services Regulatory -4PQE into its highly regarded London team.

The practice advises an impressive mix of banks, asset managers, financial institutions, fintech businesses and other regulated firms on complex UK and EU financial services regulation.

The role offers particularly broad exposure and would suit someone looking to develop their experience across areas including:

• Regulatory and perimeter advice
• Financial promotions and compliance
• Regulatory change projects
• Fintech, payments and digital assets
• Investment firms and financial markets
• Financial services transactions and strategic projects

Candidates should have experience of non-contentious financial services regulation gained at a recognised City, international or specialist practice. The team is open-minded on background and is particularly interested in lawyers who are technically strong, commercial and keen to broaden their regulatory experience.
