Salary: £25,000 - £28,000Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing independent financial planning firm to recruit a Graduate Financial Services Administrator.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin a long-term career within financial services. If you've studied Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline and are looking for a role where you can develop your knowledge and progress within the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll receive full training and gain exposure to a wide range of financial planning areas, including pensions, protection and wealth management. This is a business that is committed to investing in its people and offers genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.The RoleYou will support the advisers and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of an excellent service to clients while developing your knowledge of the financial planning industry.Duties will include: Processing new business applications
Supporting advisers with pensions and protection administration
Liaising with clients and financial product providers
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Managing client queries and delivering excellent customer service
Assisting with day-to-day office administration
Providing administrative support to the wider team as requiredThis position requires travel between office locations, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.The PersonWe're looking for an ambitious graduate who is keen to establish a long-term career within financial services.You'll ideally have: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline
A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, professional and positive attitude
The ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues
A full driving licence and access to your own transportPrevious experience within financial services is not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong academic background and a genuine desire to learn and develop within the industry.The Package Salary of £25,000 - £28,000
