Overview

Set the strategy for the product line within the Structured FI Solutions team. Design new products or enhance existing ones. Lead the successful execution of transactions within the agreed business plan. Oversee post-completion transition and ensure ongoing management. Ensure compliance across transactions and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience of independently executing cash securitisations; asset-backed or specialty finance; and/or similar structured capital positions.
• Thorough understanding of relevant structures, techniques and markets.
• Excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to your products.
