Financial Crime SME Lead - VP

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of regulatory decomposition related to financial crime regulations
• Draft and develop policies and standards to address financial crime risks effectively
• Manage and engage with key stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions
• Conduct analyses and produce high-quality documentation and policy materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial crime regulation
• Deep Financial Crime knowledge and experience required
• Ability to lead stakeholder management effectively
• Experience of working in or for a large banking institution
• Experience on big change programs or tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
