Financial Controller required in County Donegal- commutable from Letterkenny (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Permanent 3D Personnel are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business in the North West to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a key appointment within the organisation and an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a successful business for their next chapter of growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the finance function, supporting strategic decision-making, driving process improvements, and providing valuable commercial insight to the wider business. Key Responsibilities Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decisions Managing cash flow and working capital requirements Ensuring all tax and statutory compliance obligations are met Overseeing and developing the internal team Identifying and implementing process improvements across the finance function Supporting business growth initiatives and commercial projects Liaising with auditors, banks, and external advisors Maintaining robust financial controls and governance procedures Providing financial analysis and performance reporting to senior management Undertaking additional ad hoc projects and duties as required The Ideal Candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Previous substantial experience (ideally 10 years +) in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Management Accounting role Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence decision-making Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous What's on Offer Opportunity to join a successful business Key leadership position with significant influence Long-term career prospects Supportive and collaborative working environment Salary TBC - commensurate with experience For a confidential discussion and further information, contact the 3D Personnel team today. 3D Personnel is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
