Financial Controller

This is a great opportunity to take on a hands on leadership role within a dynamic SME, playing a pivotal role in driving business partnering and enhancing financial performance across the organisation.

As Financial Controller you will become key part of the Senior Leadership team and manage a small finance team working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve performance and drive business growth.

This is a key strategic hire due to ongoing business needs, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting growth.

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACMA or ACCA) - essential
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within an SME or multi entity environment.
• Strong technical knowledge including statutory reporting, VAT, and payroll compliance
• Experience managing cashflow and working capital across multiple entities
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level
