Description

The Financial Controller will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate technical accounting across stock, costing, cash flow and monthly reporting, while maintaining strong financial controls in a manufacturing environment. They will work closely with the FD/CFO to support scale-up activities, partner with operational teams across both sites, and help build the financial infrastructure needed for rapid growth, with a view to stepping into a future FD role.

Profile

• Proven expertise in accounting and finance within the Manufacturing industry.
• ACA/ ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• The ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
