An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to support the CFO and lead financial operations for REEBOK EUROPE.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced financial controller.
The role is based in Watford.
Main responsibilities will include:
Lead preparation of management accounts, consolidated reports, and financial statements.
Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and provide strategic financial insight.
Oversee tax compliance, statutory reporting, and external audits.
Drive cash flow, treasury, and FX risk management.
Implement strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with senior management to support commercial and strategic decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Oversee ERP and financial systems, driving process improvements and efficiency.
Person Specification:
Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
5-10 years' finance management experience, ideally with accountancy firm exposure.
Strong ERP, SAGE 200, and advanced Excel skills.
Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills.
