We're a high-potential diagnostics start-up, developing and commercializing molecular point-of-care diagnostic products for both healthcare and agriculture. As we grow, we're looking for a passionate Finance Manager to establish and lead our financial and procurement operations.

About the role:

• Manage and oversee the financial department in a growing, fast-moving start-up
• Develop, track, and report financial plans, forecasts, and performance
• Take ownership of procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Provide financial guidance to aid strategic decision-making alongside the leadership team

About you:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in financial administration, control, or a comparable role
• Experience with subsidy and investment reporting
• Skilled in financial modeling and proficient in Excel
• Familiar with ERP systems (a plus)
• Fluent in both English and a second European language
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen understanding of business processes
