Financial Controller - Multi-Entity, High-Growth Tech (Share Options)

Clark Wood is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead in Oxfordshire to own the accounting function as the business expands internationally. You will report to the CFO, manage a team of three, and cover UK, Europe and US accounting activities including month-end, statutory accounts, audit, VAT and cross-border consolidations.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified (Big 4 background preferred) with 8+ years of accounting experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership in a
