Financial Controller - Hotel Finance & Strategy Lead

The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the Finance function, reporting to the General Manager and the senior team. This role requires professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience, and strong Excel and systems skills in hospitality.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, manage cashflow, budgets, audits, and drive profitability with robust controls.
