Job Description
Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day to day basis, operating as a business owner, fostering a team environment, establishing an effective client centric and risk culture, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The manager ensures operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates.
  • Manage client traffic by engaging and appropriately routing clients to foster client retention.
  • Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
  • Create a world class client experience environment.
  • Manage market level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy.
  • Manage organizational priorities and effective execution.
Managerial Responsibilities
  • Act as an Opportunity & Inclusion Champion, creating an inclusive team.
  • Serve as Manager of Process & Data, demonstrating process knowledge and data driven decisions.
  • Act as Enterprise Advocate & Communicator, delivering clear messages.
  • Serve as Risk Manager, leading and encouraging risk identification and resolution.
  • Act as People Manager & Coach, developing team members through coaching.
  • Act as Financial Steward, managing expenses with an owner's mindset.
  • Serve as Enterprise Talent Leader, recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
  • Act as Driver of Business Outcomes, delivering results through team management.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrating coaching, training, or motivating a work team.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
  • Collaborates effectively, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an experience improving clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients and resolving problems independently.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently, comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Follows established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
  • Manages time and capacity efficiently; handles complexity, prioritizes tasks, delegates, and executes in a fast paced environment.
  • Interprets performance results, finds opportunities to drive success, and holds others accountable to results.
  • Willing to work weekends and/or extended hours, including being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals routinely met or exceeded.
