Financial Associate

The Position

You will be part of the investment team in Antwerp that provides financial management to both the investment entities (listed and unlisted) and portfolio companies.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Financial reporting
• Financial modelling
• Keeping track of financial compliance
• Long term cash flow forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Preparation of periodic valuations
• Be the point of contact for external project and contract managers
• Ensure the coordination between the finance team and portfolio managers

Your background

• At least one Master Degree
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant functional domain (audit, transaction services, corporate banking, structured/project finance/PPP environment)
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop financial models and valuations
• Eager to learn and develop, with potential to grow within the organisation
• Advanced proficiency of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Fluency in Dutch and English, professional proficiency for French is a plus
• Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner towards solutions
• Commercially sensitive with a practical and flexible mind
• Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage several projects
• Developed relationship building skills and communication skills
