The Finance organization features a team of 25 people who are responsible for several key activities within Vinçotte, amongst which planning, budgeting & forecasting; business intelligence & performance management; controlling & business reporting; working capital management; accounting, consolidation & statutory reporting, financial controlling, tax management. The team is a key generator of business insights to help decision making for multiple stakeholders including: Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Division Leadership, Operations Management,

Vinçotte is currently looking for an experienced Financial & Business Controller, with a focus on compensation & benefits, to join our Controlling team of the Finance department, reporting to the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering.
