Are you newly Diploma-qualified and looking to take the next step into financial advice? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm in West Yorkshire seeking a motivated Trainee / Newly Qualified Financial Advisor to join their expanding team.

Role Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in delivering holistic financial planning.
• Attend client meetings and gradually take on your own advice responsibilities.
• Assist with research, report writing, and preparing financial plans.
• Analyse client information and help create tailored recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client files in line with FCA requirements.
• Work toward managing your own client bank as you gain experience.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (completed) - essential.
• Passionate about building a long-term career in financial advice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in financial services is beneficial but not required.
