Financial Accounting Manager- IRL

Responsibilities

• Full process accounting: Execute daily accounting operations, review documentary compliance, complete monthly closing and account cleanup, ensure consistency between books and physical assets, and reduce accounting risks.
• Financial reporting & analysis: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, analyze data fluctuations, and produce operational analysis reports to support management decision making.
• Process optimization & system construction: Identify pain points in business processes, drive accounting automation (system integration, rule configuration), optimize SOPs and internal controls, and enhance financial informatization and work efficiency.
• Audit & compliance management: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, provide financial documentation, monitor tax compliance, implement tax preference policies, respond to inspections and regulatory checks, and ensure legal compliance.
• Risk prevention & account management: Regularly clean up balances in accounts receivable/payable, identify risks such as inventory impairment and bad debts, develop response strategies, establish a risk monitoring system, and ensure asset security.
• Cross department collaboration & support: Collaborate with business and technology departments to address financial needs, provide training and consultation on accounting rules, participate in new business model evaluation, provide financial proposals, and promote deep integration between finance and business.
