Financial Accountant- Property Co

This high profile Property Group based in Central London seeks a Financial Accountant to join its busy finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will have full responsibility for the following:

• Preparation of quarterly and monthly management accounts
• Preparation of year-end financial statements
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audits
• Assisting in quarterly Lender reporting including Balance sheet consolidation, NAV calculations, CAPEX schedules etc
• Preparation of P11D annually
• Review of VAT quarterly/ monthly returns and review all VAT queries and provide supporting information
• Assisting in tax queries relating to VAT, CT & PAYE
• Intercompany fee workings/ recharge of rent between op cos and prop cos
• Company secretarial work where applicable
• Review of Bank reconciliations & resolve any differences thereon
• Supervise accounts payable & receivable
• Assisting in Yardi Voyager implementation
• Ad hoc projects
• Charge back reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and revenue reconciliation
• Production of regular P & L forecasts
• Production of budgets
• Production of cash flow forecast
• Supervise and review payment runs
