Financial Accountant role with an Irish business based in North Dublin (Office based role). The business has operations across Ireland and the UK.

About Your New Job

• As the Financial Accountant, you will assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
• You will design and deliver Key Performance Indicators, providing insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
• Serve as a business partner to senior management and board members, leading financial aspects of Audit management.
• You will ensure compliance by monitoring and applying relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and evaluating organisational structures and governance frameworks.
• Take ownership of cost-saving initiatives, participate in the annual external audit process, and prepare grant submissions (including Enterprise Ireland, European projects, R&D Tax Credit claims).
• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad hoc value-add projects to support business objectives.

What You Need

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or industrial type sectors would be an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport
