Financial Accountant

What you'll be doing:-Leading, developing and motivating a team of part and fully qualified accountants-Owning month-end close, balance sheet integrity, tax calculations and detailed analytical review-Ensuring robust internal controls and compliance (including statutory reporting and SOX alignment)-Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT and operational teams-Enhancing systems, improving processes and driving operational excellenceOverseeing treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and cash managementWhat we're looking for:-Qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience-Proven people management experience-Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical mindsetThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys improving how things are done, and wants to make a visible impact in a complex, international business.If you're commercially minded, detail-focused, and ready to step into a broad leadership role - we'd love to hear from you.
