Finance Transformation Change & Engagement Lead

LGBT Great, a London-based organisation, is seeking an experienced Change & Engagement Lead to steer the Finance Transformation workstream. You will design and deliver change management, communications and engagement strategies, ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies.

You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive readiness and lasting change. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to influence across levels, and a track record of
