Job Description
- Lead the Oracle finance and HR systems implementation, ensuring that it aligns with organisational goals.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource, time, and cost considerations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document specific system requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors during the implementation process.
- Conduct and oversee system testing, managing any changes or enhancements needed.
- Provide training and support to staff members on the new finance systems.
- Monitor the performance of the new system post-implementation, making any necessary adjustments.
- Report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Systems Implementation Lead should have:
- An accredited accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
- Prior experience in implementing Oracle finance and HR systems, preferably within the university space
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
